He is survived by: his children, Valerie Newman of Williamsburg and Jason Campbell (Laura) of Canyon Lake, Texas; his grandchildren, Molly Pennington, Ryan Blankenship and William Blankenship; his brother Tom Campbell (Angie) of Danville, Kentucky; his cousins, Margie Weber, Tommy Weber, Mike Weber (Kim) and Dorotha Weber; his nephews, Dustin and Drew Campbell of Danville, Kentucky; and his significant other Diane Bowman of Corbin, Kentucky.
