He is survived by: his wife Clara Johnson (Reynolds); his daughter Tracy Bunch of Williamsburg, KY.; his grandchildren, Jaden Johnson of Williamsburg, KY., Kaden Johnson of Williamsburg, KY., Clyde Hayden Johnson of Williamsburg, KY. and David Alan Sampson of Stearns, KY.; his siblings, Wanda Sue Sears of Williamsburg, KY. and Carl Dale Johnson (Pauline) of Williamsburg, KY.; and his brother-in-law Vernon Reynolds (Debbie).
