He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Meadors and Vina Mae Meadors (Vanover); his grandchildren, Jessica Rains and Arron Rains; his siblings, Hershel Meadors, Estil Meadors, Edward H. Meadors, Marvin Meadors and Jean Meadors; and his son-in-law Les Fore.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Meadors of Williamsburg; his children, Patty Fore (Anthony Bunch) of Williamsburg, Ronnie Meadors (Tammy) of Williamsburg, Theresa Askins of Williamsburg, Richard Meadors (Amy) of Huntsville, TN, Lisa Rhodes (Teddy) of Williamsburg and Colby Rhodes of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Jarred Meadors, Justin Meadors, Jacob Rains (Hannah), Amber Bowens, Samantha Stephens (Cody), Hailey Meadors, Dylan Rhodes, Colby Rhodes and Kaitlyn Rhodes; and his great grandchildren, Emma Brown, Chase Hartman, Sophia Rains and Madison Bowens.
