He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Miller and Charlie Miller. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ann Miller, Christina Marlene Rodriguez, Katrina Jeanette Martinez and Charles Michael Miller; his sisters, Janice Hopkins (Sam) and Jeanette Eagal (Don); and his aunts, Norma Sue Miller and Verda Smith. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tannery Hollow Missionary Baptist Church (651 Maple St, Jellico, TN 37762). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
