He was predeceased by: his father Ezra Caddell; and his brothers, Ezra Caddell, Jr., Hoyt Caddell, Berry Caddell, Jerry Caddell, George Caddell, William Caddell, Evrin Caddell and John Caddell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Goldie Mae Caddell, Alice Caddell, Dorothy Ruth Caddell, Minnie Carter and Robert Caddell of Williamsburg, Kentucky.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
