It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Owens (Williamsburg, Kentucky), who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Hubert Owens, Wesley Owens, Charles Owens and Grace Owens Ball. She is survived by: her brother Elmer Owens (Nina) of Louisville; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Owens (Coni), Sandra Young (Johnny), Vicky Rich (Ted), Bob Owens (Donna), Harold W. Ball (Debbie), Brian Owens (Kim) and Stacey Robbins (Steve).
