She is survived by: her children, Sandra Rose Staton (Jake) of Albany, Kentucky and Timothy Collins (Lisa) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Eryn Smith-Jones (Tim) of Louisville, Ethan Smith, Ella Rose Smith of Albany and Kaeli Ross of Flatwoods, Kentucky; her siblings, Judy Collins, Jewel Farmer of Corbin, Kentucky and Paul Brown of Corbin, Kentucky; and her uncle Buster Terrell (Linda) of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
