She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlis B. Faulkner and Yvonne A. McKenzie. She is survived by: her significant other Glenn Trett of Williamsburg, KY; her children, Mechelle Hamblin (Chastity) of Louisville, KY, Patrick Robinson (Johnna) of Williamsburg, KY, Justin Trett of Jellico, TN and Afton Trett (Rudy Durham) of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Crimson, Clover, Hazel and Holly Trett; her siblings, Dawn Lane (Tom) of Hudson, WI and James McKenzie (Julie) of Hudson, WI; her aunt Barbara Woolum of Williamsburg, KY; and also Yvonne McKenzie (Donald) of Hudson, WI. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
