We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 71, Bulah Rudder of Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Robinson and Mae Johnson Robinson; her husband Charles Rudder, Sr.; her daughter Julie Robinson; and her grandson Shane Wombles.
She is survived by: her son Charles Rudder, Jr. (Samantha) of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Isaak Rudder of Williamsburg, KY and Raven Rudder of New Mexico; her great grandchild Kata Carsner of New Mexico; and her siblings, Pat Smith of Laurel County, KY, Sandy Cathers of Laurel County, KY, Diane Owens of Laurel County, KY, Nola Jones of Laurel County, KY, Bo Bo Robinson of Laurel County, KY and Roger Robinson of Laurel County. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
