He is survived by: his mother Deborah Stines Davis of Jenkins, KY; his siblings, Vickie Ross (Tony) of Williamsburg, KY, April Bentley (Rodney) of Neon, KY and Andrew Stines of Williamsburg, KY; his aunt Joyce Thomas; and his cousin Roger Thomas of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
