She is survived by: her children, Steven O'Brian Phillips (Tonya) of Morganton, David O'neil Phillips of Williamsburg, Della Malisa Carroll (Jonathan) of Williamsburg, Taylor Gabbard of Williamsburg and Kayla Thomas (David) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Emily, Mason, Kaitlyn, Jacob, Jonathan, Joseph, Ethen, Bonnie, Trevin, Emalee, Kendra, Liam and Maggie; her great grandchildren, Malare, Bryson and Cooper; and her sister Ruth Markham of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
