He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Foley and Lola Foley (Hayes); his siblings, Vicy B. Rose, Joe Foley and Claude Foley; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Morgan, Otis Mitchell and Lorene Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Foley (O'Neal); his daughter Stacie Foley Sears (Les); his grandchildren, Ericka Noe and Morgan Nolan; his great grandchild Charlotte Noe; his siblings, Darlene Mitchell, Joyce Morgan, Brenda Moore (John Rocky), Jim Foley (Tammy Moses Foley) and Gary Foley (Rhonda); his great-nephew Rilan Riley; and his sister-in-law Shirley Foley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery (510 Stringtown Rd, Williamsburg, KY 40769).
