She is survived by: her husband Archie Perkins of Williamsburg; her children, Lesa Fore (Larry) and Stacy Perkins (Melissa) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, LeNisha Bennett, Jessica Smith, Natasha Woods, Bridget Carter, Donovan Perkins, Gabrielle Fore and Mylee Fore; and her siblings, Tammy Walker of Williamsburg, Ruthie Geary (Cecil) of Beaver Dam, KY, Helen Ashby of Beaver Dam, KY, Clara Hoskins (Gary) of Milford, Ohio, Jim Fields (Ruth) of Beaver Dam, KY, Johnny Young (Sandra) of Beaver Dam, KY, Dennis Young (Bertie) of Beaver Dam, KY, Watson Fields (Lana) of Beaver Dam, KY and Jerry Fields (David Young) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
