She is survived by: her children, Kay Middleton of Corbin, KY, Bill Middleton (Tracy) of Jellico, TN and Richard Joe Middleton (Sherri) of Williamsburg, KY; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Thomas (Doug), Scott Thomas (Sarah), Brandi Owens (Joe), Andrew Middleton (Brittany), Rebecca Jarboe (Ryan), Anthony Gray and Tabatha Lay (Chris). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
