He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Joe and Sarah Katie Hill (Powers). He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Hill Wright, Joy Hill Early, Imogene Hill Schoch and Carl Ray Hill; his daughter Wanda Hill Shelley (Lester) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, William Shelley of Sarasota, Angie Shelley Quigley (Mike) of Lexington and Darin Shelley of Williamsburg; his great grandchild Josh Quigley of Lexington; and his siblings, Clyde Hill of Williamsburg, Martin Hill (Kate) of Brookeville, Ohio and Thelma Boone of Dayton, Ohio.
