She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lee and Rosa Rains Willis; her brother Larry Willis; her niece Sondra Petrey; and her sister-in-law Joyce Willis.
She is survived by: her husband Grant Partin; her son Anthony Partin (Shannon); her grandson Lucas; and her siblings, Wilma Petrey (Pete), Leslie Willis, Audrey Faulkner (Sim), Doyle Willis (Charlotte), Elizabeth Smiddy (Wayne) and Darrell Willis (Carolyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
