He was predeceased by: his children, Judy Rains and Pam Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Joann Rains of Williamsburg; his children, Kathy Willis (Lyle) of Keavy, Keith Rains and Randy Rains; and his pet Colby. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, his companion.
