He is survived by: his children, Mike Gollihue (Vicki) of Winchester and Linda Calhoun (Kevin) of Grayson; his daughter-in-law Tammy Louise Gollihue of Willard; his grandchildren, Jarrad Gollihue, Ethan Gollihue, Courtney Johnston (Drew), Dalton Gollihue, Samantha Burke and Connor Calhoun; and his great grandchildren, Harper Johnston, Eli Gollihue and Everleigh Johnston.
