He is survived by: his wife Louise Gollihue Church; his children, Chris Church, Angie Leep of Grayson and Lisa Thompson of Willard; his siblings, Thella Allen of Denton, Eddie Church of Denton and Luke Church of Denton; and his grandchildren, Mark Justin McWhorter, Joseph Tyler Ballard, Michael Cade Cains, Devin Taylor Caldwell and Laney Dawne Thompson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
