She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Northern and Elva Saylor Northern; her great-grandparents, Willy, Ada Alexander Saylor, William Franklin and Mary Eliza Baker Northern; and her brothers, Jack and Charles Northern.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Sylvester Neeley of Mt. Vernon; her children, Lanita Sue Denny (Joe) of Paint Lick, Willard Darryl Neeley (Jennifer) of Brodhead, Eva Malinda Neeley (Bruce Waddles) of Mt. Vernon, Marilyn Elaine Gastineau (David) of Mt. Vernon, Kristie Karen Thacker (James) of Mt. Vernon and Anthony Dana "Tony" Neeley (Becky) of Mt. Vernon; her siblings, Paul Northern of Mt. Vernon, Betty Baldwin of Campbellsville, Ray Northern of Mt. Vernon and Dan Northern of Hinton, WV.; and her grandsons, Jerry Wayne (Joseph), James Robert Blair, Jeremy Neeley, A. J. Jones, Johnathan Portwood, Josh Neeley and Jacob Neeley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
