He was predeceased by: his former wife Sheryl Wallace; his parents, William "Bill" and Ailene Pittman Walters; and his siblings, Jean Carol Campbell, William Wayne Walters and Sherman Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Shemwell Walters of Wickliffe; his daughter Melissa Ballard (Corey) of Blandville; his siblings, Brenda Hornback (Eddie Ray) of Madisonville, Velma Wilson (Mike) of LaCenter and Bob Walters (Susie) of Wickliffe; and his grandchildren, Seth Ballard, Nathan Ballard and Ruth Ballard.
