With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Eugene Spencer of Wickliffe, Kentucky, born in Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on October 20, 2021 at the age of 40. He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Spencer; and his grandparents, Martha Jean Spencer, Virgil and Gloria Howell. He is survived by: his mother Bonita Howell Spencer; his children, KaLynn Spencer and Kamdyn Spencer; his sisters, Candie Freeman (Allen) of Wickliffe and Susan Romaine (Wes) of Paducah; and his nieces and nephews, Austin Spencer, Melanie Burnley, Lakyn Romaine, Shane Romaine, Micah Bishop and Erica Hazelwood. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
