She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Blair and Leroy Vance; and her grandsons, Nicholas and David. She is survived by: her children, Robert (Rhonda Turner), Susie (Aaron Pearson) and Rita Turner of Wickliffe, KY; and her siblings, Roy Vance of Arkansas and Vicky Houston of Murray, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
