He is survived by: his mother Betty Ann McCain Magee; his wife Suzanne Lee Magee of Wickliffe; his children, Heather Magee of Sikeston, Missouri and Jessie Magee of Sikeston, Missouri; his stepson Dylan Coffman of LaCenter; his siblings, Cathy Magee of Fort Wayne, Carol Magee of Fort Wayne, Linda Magee Coronel of Dallas, Georgia and Elvis "Al" Magee (Deb) of Wickliffe; and his grandchildren, Jayden Magee, Jordan Magee, Cory Magee, Jewell Magee, Aubree Dylan Coffman, Wyatt Marshall Coffman and Wiley Draco Coffman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
