She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carner and Christine Carner (Hodge); her son Charles Bradley Rice; and her brothers, Doyle Carner and Bobby Carner.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Rice of Wickliffe, KY; her sister Virginia Zimmer of Cincinnati, OH; and her grandchildren, Sarah Rice, Amanda Rice and John Rice.
