It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Fowler (Wickliffe, Kentucky), born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Fowler and Barbarnelle Elliott Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Haynes (Ben) of West Paducah and Brandon Fowler of Nashville, Tennessee; his siblings, Beth Ann Simmons (David) of Paducah and Phillip Fowler (Paula) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jack Haynes of West Paducah and Mia Haynes of West Paducah.
