She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Polivick; her grandson Tommy Case; and her son-in-law Bud Puckett. She is survived by: her children, Glenda Tankersley (Wayne) of Bardwell, Marie Case (Jimmy) of Wickliffe, Peggy Robertson (Larry), Barlow, Diann Holt (Jimmie) of Wickliffe, Dorothy Puckett of Mayfield, Jimmie Polivick (Jane) of Wickliffe and Larry Polivick (Teena) of Wickliffe; and her brother Dub Purcell (Phyllis) of LaCenter. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
