With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Wade Turner of Wickliffe, Kentucky, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Butch Turner; and his sister Carol Ann Turner. He is survived by: his significant other Mitzi Morphew of Wickliffe; his mother Kay Helm; his stepfather Wayne Helm of Metropolis; his brother Curtis "Bro" Turner; his sister-in-law Candy Turner of Wickliffe; his stepbrother Jason Helm of Metropolis; his grandchildren, Ryanne Cauble, Ella Lee and Abel Abanatha; and his nieces and nephews, Julia Helm, Jaida Holbrook, Davyonne Thomas and Rae Thomas.
