He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice June Petty Osborne; his children, Pamela June Walters (Michael) of Wickliffe, KY, Kenneth Scott Osborne (Kim) of Sonora, CA and Kevin Charles Osborne (Arlene Davis) of Wickliffe; his parents, Clarence Charles Osborne and Lois Irene Whitlow Osborne; his son Michael Wayne Osborne; and his siblings, Marlene Lee, Caroline Hebert and Richard Osborne. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
