He is survived by: his wife Melva Cronch Ballard; and his sons, Larry Ballard (Donna) of Wickliffe, Mark Ballard (Patty) of Kevil and Glen Ballard (Missy) of Wickliffe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
