He was predeceased by: his father Rufus Hugh Case; his son Tommy Case; and his siblings, Dorothy Hogancamp, Louise Todd, Maxine Todd, Ethel Case, Harold, Chester and Ed Case.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Polivick Case of Wickliffe; his daughter Tina Moore (Tim) of Cunningham; his grandchildren, Lee Moore (Kayla) of Cunningham and Deedra Cook (Jacob) of Marble Hill, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Emma Moore, Trevor Moore, Zoee Sullenger and Zayden Sullenger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
