He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Mae Polivick, Ollie and Viola Holt. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmie Holt and Diann Polivick Holt of Wickliffe; his children, Jaela Holt Wildharber (Dallas "Ridge") of Kevil, Brody Holt of La Center and Kenton Holt of Columbus; and his sister Julie Holt (Matt Stevens) of Kevil. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
