He is survived by: his daughter Mary Kimberly Crews Milgate (James) of Wickliffe; his siblings, Judy Harris (Gary) of Richmond, Kentucky and Paul "Tommy" Crews (Linda) of Wickliffe; and his grandchildren, Jamie Faye Williams (Justin) and Aaron Benjamin Milgate.
