He was predeceased by: his parents, John Taylor and Mary Belle Polivick; and his siblings, Mary Louise Hoskins, John Taylor Polivick, Jr., Bobby Polivick and Jerry Polivick.
He is survived by: his close friend Rebecca Dover of Gaffney, SC; his children, Kelly Davis, Micah Channell (Hannah) of Wickliffe and Robert (Courtney Polivick); his granddaughters, Annlee and Paislee Polivick of Wickliffe; and his sister Debby Watson of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
