He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Marie Stough; and his brother Erin Stough. He is survived by: his wife Jo Seibert; his sons, Vincent Harper of Paducah and Zack Seibert of Wickliffe, Kentucky; his father Edward "Eddie" William Stough; his siblings, Shane Stough of Wickliffe, Kentucky and Tammy Baker (Tim) of Hendersonville, Tennessee; and his niece Hannah Baker.
