She is survived by: her husband Robert Gilarski; her daughter Christine Annette Gilarski of Columbus, Ohio; her stepson Jason Campbell (Kelly) of Manteno, Illinois; her brothers, Michael Lara (Barbara) of Bluffton and Dave Lara (Sandy) of Wickliffe, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Dylan Campbell, Gavin Campbell, Jordan Campbell, Braden Campbell and Quinn Campbell.
