She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Demp" and Bobbie Norment Sullivan; and her siblings, Donna Sullivan, Billy, Mike and Gary Sullivan.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie "Manzo" Wilmoth, Sr. of Wickliffe; her children, Tammy Wilmoth (Dustin) of Wickliffe, Leslie Earl Wilmoth, Jr. (Darlene) of Wickliffe and Shannon Johnson (Michaela) of Bardwell; her siblings, Norma Jean Freeman (Lonnie) of Wickliffe and Mark Sullivan (Susan) of Calvert City; her grandchildren, Sam Johnson, Katelin Wilmoth, Kourtney Rambo (Jacob) and Nathan Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Noah Rambo, Matthew Rambo, Brooklyn Johnson and Morgan Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
