He was predeceased by: his wife Monica Joyce Whipple. He is survived by: his parents, Midge Whipple and Durwood Whipple of Bandana, KY.; his son Jonathan Whipple (Kristin); his grandsons, Colton, Simon and Oliver; and his brothers, Nathan Whipple (Julie) and Tony Whipple (Danielle). He is also survived by his parents and several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and many cousins.
