She is survived by: her parents, John Polinski and Marti Polinski; her siblings, Mandy Allard (Travis), Austin Garner (Jessica), Stephanie Duffield (Shane) and Bradley Garner (Ashley); and her grandparents, Jane, Earl Childers and Leonard Bauman. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
