He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Douglas (Spradlin) and Arles Douglas; his sister Flossie Douglas; and his grandparents, Fred and Flossie Spradlin.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Douglas (Webb) of Williamsburg, KY.; his brother Roger Douglas of Williamsburg, KY.; and his uncle Tod Spradlin of Pine Knot, KY.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
