She is survived by: her children, Carl Brooks (Angie) of Lancaster, Cathy Brooks of Whitley City and Anna Brooks of Whitley City, Kentucky; her brothers, Frank Bolin, Jr. of Monticello and Donnie Bolin of Whitley City, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Brandon, Jacob, Michael, Gunner and Anthony.
