She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas and Louise Thomas-Garrett; her brother Jimmy Thomas; her brother-in-law Ralph "Sonny" Warner; and her parents-in-law, Peggy and Gene Dugger.
She is survived by: her daughter Jody Dugger of Whitley City; and her siblings, John Thomas (Junko) of Shiloh, Illinois, Shellah Warner of Hartford City, Jan Chaney (Mike) of Pine Knot and Brenda Shelley (David) of Stearns. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
