He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dolen and Sarah Maxwell Dolen. He is survived by: his wife Thressa Dolen; his son Randy Dolen (Jill); his stepmother Mildred Dolen; and his siblings, Dana (Becky), Barbara Gehring (John), Anita Briscoe (Dwight), Quenna Collins and Slaven.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The New Beech Grove Church.
