He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Whitehead and Dessie Whitehead (Clark); his son Allen Whitehead; his siblings, Tilmon Whitehead, Larry Whitehead, Martha Taylor, Linda Whitehead and Madelene Whitehead; and his sisters-in-law, Della Whitehead and Becky Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Vallery Whitehead of Stearns; his sons, Kenny Whitehead (Shonna) of Stearns and Tim Whitehead (Stacie) of Stearns; his siblings, Leamon Whitehead (Patty) of Minerva, OH, Glen Whitehead (Jean) of Madison, IN, Gale Whitehead (Wanda) of Somerset, Warren Whitehead (Kathy) of Hotsprings, AK, James Whitehead of Pine Knot, Margie Whitehead of Whitley City, Kimberley Whitehead of Oneida, TN and Brenda Meece (Jim) of Muncie, IN; and his grandchildren, Jessica Perry, Jeremy Whitehead, Brittany Richardson, Katelynn Goins, Michael Whitehead, TJ Whitehead, Justus Whitehead, Jessica Stephens, Montana Musgrove, Leigha Sumner, Tyler Coffey and Heaven West. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
