She was predeceased by: her parents, Leamon "Dick" Cooper and Helen Cooper (Johnson); her husband Conley Blevins; and her brother James Dale Cooper. She is survived by: her son Ralph Blevins (Rebecca) of Corbin; her brother Dr. Wayne Cooper (Christine) of Williamsburg; her grandson John Blevins (Savannah) of Corbin; and her great grandchildren, Gracie and Delilah Blevins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
