He is survived by: his father Teddy Coffey (Myrtle) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his siblings, Randy Richards, Adam Coffey, Eric "Frog" Wilson and Phoebe Coffey; his granddaughter Madison Tucker; his children, Victoria Tucker (Steven) of Whitley City and Dustin Coffey (April) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his siblings, Mark Coffey (Velma) of Whitley City, Teddy Douglas Coffey (Melanie), Michael Coffey of Sarasota, Florida, Teresa Bryant (Harold) of Whitley City, Debbie Smith (Larry) of Parkers Lake and Wanda Cecil (Jody) of Helenwood, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Gabby Tucker, Matthew Tucker, Alyssa Tucker, Autumn Tucker, Shane Meadows and Adam Meadows; and his great grandchildren, Oakland Buis and Brooklynn Buis.
