He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Shorty Edwin Clark. He is survived by: his mother Glenna L. Clark (Canada) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his wife Nancy Clark (Staley); his daughter Barbara Jean "BJ" Clark of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his siblings, Larry Clark (Sandra) of Whitley City, Ricky Clark of Whitley City, Kentucky and Shirley Gregory of Somerset, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kaylee Heath (Kyle), Garret Combs (Alyssa Keith), Madsion Moore (Cody) and John Thomas Combs; his great grandchildren, MaKinlee, Teighan, Andee Heath, Keeton, Kason Flannery, Jonah Slemp and Jacey Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Hamlin, Wesley, Lindsey Ball (Will), Jamie Clark (Ashley), Heather Clark, Lucas Gregory and Sarah Creekmore (Jonathan).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
