He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Crabtree and Hazel Hatfield Crabtree; and his siblings, Lonnie Crabtree, Ronald Crabtree, Maynard Crabtree, Imagene Crabtree, Martha Crabtree, Annalou Crabtree, Mary Jane Crabtree and Louise Crabtree.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Taylor Crabtree; his children, Danny Crabtree (Cathy), David Crabtree, Everett Crabtree (Vela), Randy Crabtree, Conway Crabtree and Audrey Proffitt (Ronnie); his daughter-in-law Beverly Crabtree; and his brother Dillard Crabtree. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
