He is survived by: his children, Fred Perry (Sarita) of Indiana, Dora Ann Grant (Jerry) of Whitley City, KY, John Perry (Monica) of Cincinnati and Linda Waldo (Bruce) of Indiana; his daughter-in-law Jenny Perry of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Danny Grant (Chrissy) of Oneida, Jerry, Adrian Grant of Citra, Ralph Grant of Whitley City, Josh Grant (Brandi) of Pine Knot, KY, David, Dee Perry of Indiana, Alisha Perry of Cincinnati, Justin Perry of Cincinnati, Chasity Perry of Cincinnati, Brittany Anderson of Cincinnati, Lisa Marie of Cincinnati, Johnny Perry of Cincinnati, Allison Perry of Cincinnati, Jessica Perry of Cincinnati, Shyanne Perry of Cincinnati, Jordan Perry of Cincinnati, Jacob "Jake" Perry of Cincinnati, Nate Perry of Cincinnati and Ciera Perry of Cincinnati; and his son Donald Powell. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, and several cousins and a very special cousin.
