She is survived by: her husband Jim Frazier; her son Lee Frazier of Whitley City, Kentucky; her sister Helen Slaven of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Brittany and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Koltyn and Olivia; and her pet Betsy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
